HOW WE OPERATE

How We Keep the NHL Board Fair

Odds Sourced in Real Time Our NHL lines pull from live pricing feeds rather than static snapshots, so the number you see when you tap a market is the current market price, not a stale figure from earlier in the day.
Market Availability by State NHL betting through digibet is available only in states where online sports wagering is authorized under local law. Your account region determines which markets appear on your board.
Transparent Juice Display Every odds board line shows the vig alongside the price — you always see both sides of a market, including the implied margin, before you confirm a bet.
Bet History on Your Account Every settled NHL wager — win or loss — posts to your account history with the original odds locked in at the time of placement, giving you a clean record for your own tracking.

How the digibet NHL Board Is Structured

Our NHL odds board runs from the opening line drop through final buzzer. Start with the moneyline if you want a straight win-or-lose bet, then check the puck line — the hockey-specific spread set at ±1.5 goals — when the moneyline price on a heavy favorite feels too short. Game totals sit right alongside both, letting you bet over or under the

combined goal count the oddsmakers post. We also surface first-period and second-period lines separately, which lets you react to a team's known start-of-game tendencies. Player props — shots on goal, points, saves — appear on marquee matchups, and live markets refresh throughout every period.

ACCOUNT HELP

Help While You Browse the NHL Board

Bet Placement Questions If a puck line or parlay combination isn't processing, reach our live chat from inside your account dashboard. A support agent can walk you through the exact market selection steps.
Odds Not Refreshing Live NHL odds update on a short delay. If the board appears frozen, a hard refresh on your browser or closing and reopening the mobile app usually restores the live feed immediately.
Parlay Builder Issues Certain same-game parlay combinations get flagged as correlated and won't combine. Our support team can confirm which legs are eligible so you can rebuild your slip without losing your selections.

NHL Betting Terms You'll See on the Board

01
What is the puck line?

The puck line is hockey's version of a point spread, always set at ±1.5 goals. The favorite must win by two or more; the underdog can lose by one and still cover.

02
What does moneyline mean in NHL betting?

A moneyline bet is a straight pick on which team wins the game outright. No spread involved — you simply back one side at the listed American odds price.

03
What is the game total (over/under)?

The total is the combined goal count both teams must beat or stay under. Oddsmakers set a number; you bet whether actual goals scored land over or under that figure.

04
What is a same-game parlay in NHL?

A same-game parlay combines multiple legs from a single NHL game — for example, moneyline plus a player's shots on goal total — into one bet with a combined odds payout.

05
What are period lines?

Period lines are moneyline or total bets scoped to one period only. First-period lines close at the opening faceoff; second-period lines open once the first period ends.

06
What does vig or juice mean?

Vig is the margin built into the odds by the sportsbook. On a standard bet you might see -110 on both sides — that gap between -110 and even money is the vig.

Common Questions About Our NHL Odds Board

Yes. Our live NHL board refreshes continuously through each period. You can bet updated moneylines, period totals, and select props while the game is on, right from your account on mobile or desktop.

Player props appear on marquee matchups and playoff games. For smaller-market regular-season games the board may carry moneyline, puck line and totals only. Check the individual game page to see which props are posted.

Tap any odds on the board and they drop into your bet slip. Add a second — or third — selection and the slip automatically calculates the combined parlay odds. Same-game parlay legs from a single game work the same way, subject to correlation rules.

Opening lines for most NHL games appear on our board the morning of game day, sometimes a day earlier for nationally televised matchups. Line movement after that reflects sharp action and public betting patterns.

The standard puck line (-1.5 / +1.5) is settled on regulation and overtime combined. A team that wins in overtime still wins by one goal, which means they cover +1.5 but do not cover -1.5.

If a game is officially postponed before it starts, bets are voided and the amount returns to your account wallet. Games suspended mid-play follow our settlement rules posted in the house rules section of your account.
